Uploading Videos

We currently don't have a way to upload video through Catapult Connect, so you'll need to contact our support team to get your videos uploaded. We'll need the following information:

• The name of the video
• The related release Barcode
• The video file
• The audio file
• The thumbnail file
• The video's duration in seconds
• The video's aspect ratio (16:9, 4:3, etc.)
• Credits (who directed, produced, and shot/edited the video)
